Is there a free trial?

While there is no free trial period for Alchemist, you can sign up for the monthly plan for just $44 today, then cancel at any time.

Of course, if you're planning to be a part of Alchemist for a while, the yearly plan of $444 gives you two months free.

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your Substack.com account and then navigating to your Subscriptions by clicking on your account icon (top right on the web).

You will continue to receive full access to Alchemist until the end of your current billing cycle.

Can I get a refund if I cancel early?

All payments are made at the start of your billing cycle, whether you are paying monthly or yearly. At this time, Alchemist does not offer any refunds (prorated or in full) when canceling your subscription.

Please note that even if you do cancel your subscription, you will continue to have full access to Alchemist for the remainder of your current billing period.
